What we collect When you use the contact form on this website, we collect the name and email address you provide,
along with the message you send. We do not collect any other personal data through this site.

If you buy from our Etsy shop, your order and payment details are handled by Etsy under Etsy’s own privacy policy, not by us.

Why we collect it We use your name, email, and message only to reply to you, and – if you have asked to hear about workshops
– to let you know when dates open. We do not use your details for any other purpose.

Our legal basis We process your data on the basis of your consent, given when you choose to send us a message,
and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our work.

How long we keep it We keep contact-form messages only as long as needed to answer you and to follow up about workshops you have asked about.
You can ask us to delete your details at any time.

Who we share it with We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone for marketing.
Your data is stored through our website host (Gandi) and our email provider, who process it on our behalf and are bound to keep it secure.

Cookies This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies.

Your rights Under the GDPR you have the right to ask us what data we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, and to withdraw your consent.
To do any of these, email info@nodusarcanum.com and we will respond.
